We're looking to move anywhere in the country, preferably a warm/mild climate. We are in Austin now and love The Woodlands in Houston. Problem is, my husband has two jobs and his second one isn't available there.
We're looking for any other huge, city-like, master planned communities in either Texas, Florida, Arizona, or New Mexico. We'd be open to other states though, especially if they have anything like The Woodlands.
We have a 4 year old boy and are planning to have more kids so great schools are a must. Looking for lots of community activities and outlets to meet other families, especially stay-at-home moms.
Our price range is in the low 200,000's and being from Texas already, we're well aware of the high property taxes!
