How can I override my anti-theft system in my car?

My transponder didnt work and when I opened the car door and tried to start the car, the car started and then cut out. Now I cannot start the car. The alarm continues to go on each time I enter (had to remove the horn fuse)

How can I override the computer that is stopping me from starting my car?
If I cannot do it myself, I will take it to an auto-locksmith
