Lease Terms August 15th, 09- August 10th, 10.
The reason was it's a 5 day turn around time to get the house cleaned and in shape for new tenants.
Is this legal and would the rent have to be prorated 5 days less then the monthly rent given you're paying for a full month in the last month?
