How can i get rid of hair, do you think this is ok?

I wanted to get rid of some hair you know around my area but it says not to use there or anywhere but the face. Like your cheeks and thats it. I want to know if it would be fine to use there, i mean whats the worst that can happen, it was meant to get rid of hair.
