You will not be required to find carpet cleaners to clean the carpet. If carpet cleaning [as in steam cleaning] is a requirement in the lease and the landlord is permitted to require this of you [some landlords by law cannot] then your landlord will bring in a professional carpet cleaner and deduct what he/she has to pay from your security deposit.
