Anyone have any tips on putting baby to sleep?

Having baby in the same room can sometimes be a good thing because they see you sleeping and learn that they should sleep themselves. In our case it turns out that all the normal noises we adults make while sleeping was disrupting my boys sleep and when we moved him into his own room
