Ice skating dress bottoms?

This is going to sound really dumb, but do most dresses come with the matching bottom? I'm an adult beginner skater (ISI Gamma/Delta), and I may be entering my first competition next winter/spring. So, I've been looking at dresses for fun. I occasionally see things like "hair tie included," but nothing about the bottoms. I'm wanting to assume that the bottom is included, but I want to double check. If a bottom isn't included, are there any websites where I can purchase bottoms in basic colors--just in case?
