I am a 20 year old male, I go to the gym and workout, but I don't really have a set workout plan. I am 5' 10 and weigh 155 lbs, I want to start lifting weights until I get around 165-170ish. Does anybody have any good workout plans for me? Also a good diet plan would be awesome, I currently do not have a good diet at all. Thanks
