Outdoor Wicker Furniture Repair?

My wife and I have some plastic outdoor wicker chairs and "love seat" that came with our house when we bought it. Most if not all of the wicker is sun rotted and large portions of each piece of furniture are completely missing (the weave parts, not the frame). What options do we have for possibly removing all of the "weaving" and re-covering the furniture, or any creative ideas to use the frames? If there are no options for salvaging these pieces we will have to buy new patio furniture, but I wanted to make sure that there wasn't something we were missing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
