The hiring agency is interested in you because they have a client that they think you would be a good fit. They will interview you tomorrow and have you sign a paper that lets them send your resume to the client. If the client likes it they may hire you or interview you. Or they may chose a different candidate. Sometimes this is a good way to get started at a good company.
