The home we are renting provided an oven at move in. Today, the metal that is used to heat the oven, started to catch fire. we quickly turned off the oven, after it cooled the metal piece that had malfunctioned "feel off". I took a picture and you can see where the fire left white burns on the side of the oven. I already emailed the management about the situation. But, will this cost us to be repaired?
