I am overweight, I need a good diet but if I dont get enough protein I become very agitated. Especially in the morning. Any ideas for a high protein weight loss diet. I have lost about 60 pounds on my own since I came out of my post partum, I have more to loose and would love to do it. I did not "diet" to loose the weight I did. I was very depressed and I snapped out of it and am alot more active now. I just need some good ideas on good weight loss. And im not some huge cow just dont want people to think I am like 500 pounds or anything I look good im just "thick" I need to tone up, ive had 2 children very close together.
