If you find a potentially cancerous lump during a self exam, specifically *ugh* what I think might be testicular cancer, is there a way to get the exam and ultrasound done at a hospital/ER? I ask because I don't have insurance, and I know that a hospital will treat you and allow you to pay at a later date
