I shattered my spine 3 years ago and had it replaced with auto-mail. I was out doing parkour today and failed a front flip landing on my back and i heard a massive crunch. Since then it has been hurting and i'm not sure if i should get it seen to.. could it be a slipped disc? Is it possible for the Auto-mail (metal) in my back to move out of place?
