I want to start making goat milk soap and lotion, all that's in it are different oils, goat milk and Shea butter. No chemicals. How? Who? Where do I go to register my products with the FDA so that I can legally sell them? I'm really confused with the process. Please help! Links to websites an forums would be even better thanks!
