I work in a pretty stressful enviornment most of the time (firefighter/paramedic) and go and get a massage about once every two weeks. It def takes care of any knots or sore muscles I have in my back and is also just very relaxing. My sister-in-law told me to try hot stone therapy. I'm just curious as to what it exactly is and if it would help me relax any more then a regular massage???
