My moms birthday is coming up and I'm going to buy her and I a massage. I kind of read into the differences between Swedish and Deep-tissue but I still am unsure of what to get for us. This would be both of our first massage. Neither of us really have any back injuries or pain. I personally do like deeper, harder, massages so I'm thinking deep-tissue would be a good option for me.
